For years, Wathnakpheap has had a working relationship with the Australian Government and their Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, providing human resources to NGOs and associations in developing countries. Australian Volunteers for International Development help advise WP staff on delivering best practices for communications, monitoring and evaluation, organizational capacity development, and Information Technology. Assignments are based in our Head Office in Phnom Penh, and usually last 12-18 months. Some sporadic rural trips into the field are required depending on your assignment. Should you be an Aussie, have any of the above expertise, and are interested in a volunteer assignment with WP, please reach out to our director, Ms Heng Chan Thon. From there, we can submit an assignment proposal to AVI.

Alternatively, you can enquire with AVI directly to see what positions are currently available.

We are currently seeking:

  • Organizational Capacity Advisors

  • I.T Advisors
